STAGE 3 - DOCUMENTATION
After the Project has been asserted by the client, we prepare the whole package of necessary technical documents, which includes as-built and machine drawings, projects of ventilation, placement of air conditioners, central heating, plumbing fixtures, electrical sockets, fire-warning devices and fire security devices, as-built drawings of floorigns, ceiling finishings, metal constructions etc. On the basis of these drawings the investor can control if the construction work is executed conscientiously. Besides, producers of retail elements need as-built and machine drawings to manufacture them according to the asserted Project. Drawings are also necessary to realize the manufacturing order.
Stage 3 is finished by signing Statement of Completion and Acceptance.
